A group condition is a collection of condition types. While customizing the pricing function for goods and services, various condition types are grouped together to create a group condition, which forms the basis for price determination. The different types of group keys used to create the group condition are:
- The complete document – Contains information of all the quantities of goods and services with the same condition type.
- The condition types – Contains information of all the quantities of the condition types with group condition.
- The material price group – Contains information of all the quantities with the same condition type and same material pricing group.
Condition Exclusion
You can use more than one condition during price determination. For example, while determining the price of a good or service for a customer, more than one type of discount may be used. The condition exclusion function ensures that only one type of condition type or condition record is used for price determination.
In our example, the best discount type is used for price determination with the help of the condition exclusion procedure. Condition exclusion function can be used for both, groups of conditions as well as condition types and records. Perform the following steps to set the condition exclusion for groups of conditions:
